What Is It Used In?

Montan wax is used in a number of materials and products, including plastics. It is a high-performance additive in the plastic industry and is extremely popular in the engineering field. It’s used as a lubricant to help with technical tasks. It is also a coating and polishing wax for pharmaceutical applications. Additionally, montan wax is used to add strength to lipstick and thicken the oils in cosmetics and personal care products.
