Beehive Wax

Beehive wax is a specially formulated coating product designed to protect wooden beehives and extend their lifespan. Exposure to sun, rain, and snow can quickly wear down untreated wood, but applying beehive wax creates a durable, moisture-resistant barrier that preserves and strengthens hive structures.

Compared to other coating methods, like paint or stain, beehive wax does not require off-gassing time to reduce harsh smells that may deter the bees.
